TvPropFest 2019 which will highlight the changing face of Reading as it grapples with its role as the capital of the Thames Valley.

This changing role was highlighted last week when the joint venture development partners of Station Hill, Lincoln and MGT, launched the £750 million regeneration project which will link the town centre with Reading Station.

Match this mega scheme with other new tall buildings planned or under construction; Thames Quarter, Verto, Thames Tower, No 1 Reading, Broad Street Mall, Reading Metropolitan and The Brick Works, and one can start to see how Reading’s skyline and topography is about to change.

Reading is growing up in more ways than one.

As ever we will also be celebrating the value of property across the county of Berkshire. Using the successful format used at our previous events in Oxford and Aylesbury, ie Walk – Talks – Awards – Music,  we have designed an event which allows delegates to access the content in different ways.

In many respects this is unique and it will be an excellent opportunity to get a flavour of activity in Reading and the key towns of Berkshire. We are working hard to get a broad engagement and numbers of early bookings have been positive.

Held at Reading Town Hall, the Talks will be in Victoria Hall while the evening of Awards will take place in the Concert Hall. The format allows delegates to have an opportunity to meet and celebrate the Berkshire property market for the first time.
